Geraldine is the founder of Academy Olea, where she helps professionals from non-technical backgrounds transition into IT careers through personalised coaching, strategic guidance, and career consulting. With over a decade of experience across government, defence, commercial sectors, and employment consultancy, Geraldine has successfully pivoted across multiple industries herself and has guided countless others to do the same. She is also a certified Job Coach, accredited by ReadyTech, enhancing her ability to guide clients through career transitions with confidence and clarity.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Technology Sydney and has completed executive education at institutions including Arizona State University, Charles Sturt University, and the International Space University.
