By purchasing or using any product or service from Academy Olea, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please take the time to carefully review these Terms before completing your purchase or accessing our services.

SECTION 1: REFUND POLICY & PAYMENT TERMS
Refund Policy for Academy Olea Products
At Academy Olea, we are committed to providing high-quality online courses and valuable learning experiences. To maintain fairness, we have a specific refund policy for our online programs, which requires students to meet the following conditions:
  1. Provide a screenshot of your completion of the entire course.
  2. Submit copies of your completed worksheets and assignments from all course modules.
  3. Show proof of active participation in the Academy Olea community (e.g., engaging in discussions or sharing insights in relevant online groups).
  4. Submit screenshots of any social media posts demonstrating your use of the course teachings.
  5. Supply any additional information (including analytics) that Academy Olea may reasonably request to verify your eligibility for a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase (by 11:59pm EST).
Please note that once enrolled, you will gain immediate access to all course materials, including lectures and downloadable resources. As such, we are unable to recover or "take back" the content once it has been made available to you. We encourage you to review the course descriptions, curriculum, and any available previews or samples before purchasing to ensure that the program meets your expectations.
While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are dedicated to addressing any technical issues or concerns you may encounter with accessing or utilising the course materials. Our support team is available to assist you throughout your learning experience.

Purchase Policy 

By using a credit or debit card to make a payment for our product and/or service, you grant us and our affiliated third-party vendors permission to charge the corresponding amount to your card for the payment of the products and/or services. Under no circumstances should you dispute any charges made to your credit card (i.e., initiate a chargeback). If you accidentally do so, you agree to promptly cancel or withdraw such dispute. Please note that we reserve the right to report any disputed charges to credit bureaus as a delinquent account and pursue collection. You will be responsible for any fees associated with recovering payment for such disputes, as well as any collection costs, including attorney's fees. When you make a purchase of our product and/or services, your personal information, including contact and card details, may be collected by a third-party vendor. It's important to be aware that the privacy policies and security practices of these vendors may differ from ours. We assume no responsibility for the independent policies or practices of these vendors. Any and All Future Update Policy To ensure our product(s) and/or service(s) remain up to date, we will make periodic revisions, updates, and edits. Rest assured that you will receive these updates without any additional charges. Please note that any promotional discounts that were not available at the time of your purchase are not automatically guaranteed to be provided to you. If you wish to avail of a promotion that becomes available within 24 hours of your purchase, kindly contact us to discuss the possibility of applying the promotion to your order. Order Confirmation Policy Upon placing your order, you will receive email confirmation(s) verifying your purchase and providing you with a downloadable product and/or access to the digital course. These emails will contain important details regarding your purchase. If you notice any errors in the email confirmation or any subsequent emails related to your purchase, it is your responsibility to promptly notify us so that we can address the issue accordingly.

When you purchase any Product or Service from Academy Olea, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to use the specific Product or Service you've purchased. This licence is strictly for your personal use, and you explicitly agree not to sell, resell, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any part of the purchased Product(s) or Service(s) for any commercial purpose.
Sharing purchased Products, courses, or services with others is prohibited.
If you breach these Terms by distributing, selling, or sharing copies of our Products or Services, you acknowledge that you will be held liable for any licence fees associated with the goods or services you’ve shared. No Outcome Guarantees

Limitation of Remedy

In the event of any claims or actions brought by you against Geraldine and/or ACADEMY OLEA, the exclusive remedy available to you will be limited to a maximum of $100.00 AUD. This limitation applies to all claims, regardless of their nature.

Severability of Unlawful Terms

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be considered separate and independent from the rest of the Agreement. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.

Non-Waiver of Enforcement

If either party fails to promptly enforce any part of this Agreement or any of its terms, such failure will not be interpreted as a waiver of enforcement or an implied modification of the Agreement. This applies regardless of how frequently any term is violated.

Costs and Attorney's Fees

In the event of a dispute between us arising out of or related to this Agreement or its breach, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party all reasonable costs, including attorney's fees, incurred in the resolution of the dispute.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Unless otherwise specified, the Site, Products, and Services provided by Academy Olea are controlled and operated from our location in Victoria, Australia. Any disputes related to these Terms, including your use of our Site, Products, or Services, shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Victoria or federal courts, and will be governed by the laws of Victoria, regardless of conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution Venue

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, Products, and/or Services must be brought exclusively within the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
